Phlebotomy with Labs

This program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical experience.
Culinary Arts
This Culinary Arts course teaches the fundamentals and basic concepts of culinary techniques and cookery. Topics include the Brigade system, cooking techniques, heat transfer, sanitation, safety, equipment usage and maintenance, and professionalism. The course is offered as a combination of classroom and laboratory-based instruction.
